At Harf e Quran, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Ebooks & PDF Resources)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Ebooks, digital translations, and downloadable resources are Final.
- No Refunds: Once a download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Technical Issues: If you experience any difficulty downloading the file or if the link is broken, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of purchase. We will ensure you receive a functional copy of your digital product.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Printed Books)
We offer a replacement or refund for physical products only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a book that is torn, misprinted, or damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your order, we will arrange a replacement.
To initiate a return for physical goods:

- Attach a clear photo or video of the damage/wrong product.
- Once approved, we will either ship a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method.
3. CANCELLATIONS
- Digital Orders: Cannot be canceled once the payment is successful, as the delivery is automated and immediate.
- Physical Orders: You may cancel a physical order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order status is “Shipped,” cancellations are no longer possible.
4. REFUND PROCESS (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved for a physical product or a double-payment issue:
- The refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies
