Thank you for choosing Harf e Quran. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible, whether you are purchasing our digital resources or physical printed copies.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Ebooks & Downloads)
All digital products (Ebooks, PDFs, and Online Resources) are delivered electronically.
- Shipping Cost: There are no shipping charges for digital products.
- Delivery Method: After successful payment, you will receive an email containing the download link or the file itself.
- Delivery Time: Digital products are usually delivered instantly. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Printed Books & Materials)
For our printed Quranic resources and other physical merchandise, the following shipping rules apply:
A. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
B. Shipping Rates & Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic (India): Typically takes 5–8 business days for delivery.
- International: Currently, we ship primarily within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.
C. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
D. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Harf e Quran is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3. DAMAGES
Harf e Quran is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team with photos of the damaged packaging, and we will try our best to assist you with a replacement.
4. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
